Rivervale Holdings Limited is a premier catering facility situated along Nandi Road within St Lukes Orthopaedic and Trauma Hospital Eldoret invites sealed applications for prequalification from eligible Suppliers (including the current suppliers) for the supply of foodstuffs, assorted goods and services for the financial year 2023-2024 under the following categories;

INSTRUCTIONS

Interested and Eligible candidates SHOULD complete the pre-qualification documents and submit them in a plain sealed enveloped clearly indicating tender number and category as below

and deposited in the Tender Box at Rivervale Holdings Ltd (Procurement Office) on or before 6TH APRIL, 2023 or sent via post or courier to Rivervale Holdings Ltd.P.O BOX 3705(30100)-Eldoret.

PAYMENTS

Applicants will pay a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings Two Thousand (Kshs2,000) only per category as per the bank details below;

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

PRE-QUALIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  • The Bidder; -Company/sole proprietor shall declare any conflict of interest in relation to any member of staff of Rivervale as the procuring entity. Rivervale Holdings Limited will not procure goods or services from suppliers who have not declared any conflict of interest.
  • Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for a minimum of one year from the contract date.
  • The price validity shall be 120 days from the date of tender opening. Any error arising from a miscalculation of unit price, quantity, subtotal and total bid price shall be considered as a major deviation that leads to automatic disqualification.
  • Candidates with previously poor performance will not be considered.

  • That in case of being pre-qualified we acknowledge that this grants us the right to participate in due time in the submission of tenders or quotations on the basis of the provision in the tender or quotation documents.
  • That when the call for tenders/quotations is issued and the legal technical or financial conditions or the contractual capacity of the firm changes, I/We shall inform you and acknowledge your right to review the prequalification made.
