Rivervale Holdings Limited is a premier catering facility situated along Nandi Road within St Lukes Orthopaedic and Trauma Hospital Eldoret invites sealed applications for prequalification from eligible Suppliers (including the current suppliers) for the supply of foodstuffs, assorted goods and services for the financial year 2024-2025 under the following categories;

INSTRUCTIONS
Interested and Eligible candidates SHOULD complete the pre-qualification documents and submit them in a plain sealed enveloped clearly indicating tender number and category as below

PAYMENTS
Applicants will pay a non-refundable fee of Kenya Shillings One Thousand Five Hundred(Kshs1,500) only per category as per the bank details below;

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Copy of Certificate of Registration/Incorporation of Business Name.Copy of PIN Certificate of firm/company/individual from Kenya Revenue Authority
Copy of valid Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority E.g. Electronic Tax Register (ETR) certificates (where applicable)
Copy of valid Trade License/ Current business licenses from relevant authorities e.g. County government
Copy of Memorandum of Association or CR12

The Original Bank deposit slip MUST be attached to the pre-qualification documents while submitting the prequalification bid.
PRE-QUALIFICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- -The firm/Company/sole proprietor must declare any conflict of interest about any staff member. Rivervale Holdings Limited will not procure goods or services from suppliers where the employees have not declared a conflict of interest.
-Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain valid for at least one year from the contract date.
-Unit of measurement for Vegetables and Fruits to be in Kilograms (Kgs)
-The price validity shall be 120 days from the tender opening date. Any error arising from a miscalculation of unit price, quantity, subtotal, and total bid price shall be considered a major deviation that leads to automatic disqualification.
-Candidates with previously poor performance will not be considered.
