The St. Luke’s Bone and Joint Foundation envisions and continues to do so, a society with access to dignified health care and sustainable interventions to persons with bone and joint deformities. Community participation and partnership programmes with other institutions are considered as well valuable herein for the realization of the vision stated above.
The Foundation has been actively engaging members of the community, County leadership, Non-profit organizations and other institutions in working towards providing sustainable health care solutions to needy persons with bone and joint deformities and the underprivileged in the society; through registration and activation of a full year NHIF cover; through provision of minor and major Maxillofacial and Orthopaedic corrective surgeries and other non-surgical forms of treatment.
The Bone and Joint Foundation acknowledges the St. Luke’s Orthopaedic and Trauma Hospital Management team, for providing financial and technical assistance towards the implementation of the various projects/programmes herein.
An extended gratitude to the St. Luke’s Ortho team led by Dr. Geoffrey Rotich, the Physio team led by Kevin Koech, the Nursing team and our Programme Partners who remain committed to the realization of the vision above.
